  SECTION 1 – YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF OUR ONLINE STORE TERMS1.1 This website is operated by TPC Glazing Ltd (the ‘’Owner’’), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08979709.  www.unikdoors.uk and UNIK Doors Brand are the trading name of TPC Glazing Ltd.

1. 2 Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our”, Website refer to unikdoors.co.uk which is the trading name of TPC Glazing Ltd. The Website is the property of TPC Glazing Ltd (the’’Owner’’).

1.3 By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” (Sale)and hereby agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”(Sale) , “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service(Sale)  contain the entire agreement between parties and  apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

1.4. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you must not use the website or use any of Services. 1.5 The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat” rather than a contractual offer. The sale and purchase of products through our website will be subject to these terms and conditions of Service.  

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS 2.1All the images of the products on our website are for graphic purposes only. 2.2 Although we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate, and so your products may vary slightly from those images. 2.2 Any RAL colour quoted on our website are to the nearest shade as there may have subtle differences in colour due to the powder coating processes and substrates. All our doors are powder coated with a film thickness of minimum 40 microns. 2.3 The product paint/surface finish is subject to Guidelines as from BS EN12206-1:2020.  No blisters, craters or scratches shall be visible from a distance of 3 metres for product intended for inside use (inside side) or 5 metres for product intended for outside use. Please note that parts must be viewed with normal vision when checking the delivery of your product.   2.4 Al our glass is supplied in accordance with GGF’s Visual Guideline Standard. The Glass must be viewed from more than 3 meters away, in natural daylight and at 90 degrees. 2.5 All toughened low emissivity coated glass units are subject to colour variations and variation in pattern. This may appear sometimes as a misting effect. This is natural and not deemed a fault. 2.6 Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site have some tolerance. 2.7 All our doors have been tested for standard weather rating and should not be installed in an extremely exposed areas or when close to coastal areas. We will not accept any claims for poor weather performance should we find that our products have been installed in the areas mentioned above. 2.8 For the avoidance of doubt all our products are advertised as ‘’Supply Only’’ and for domestic use only. No installation is included in our prices or adjusting of our products installed by others.    2.9 All our door thresholds are rebated thresholds as standard. Door Cills are additional and on request. Please let us know ASAP if cills are required with your order. 2.10 Should you need a ‘’Low Threshold Option ‘’ or to comply with Part M this option is only available to some of our products. Please be aware that the weather rating and performance for ‘’Low Threshold doors’’ is considerably less, compared with standard rebated thresholds, and you may experience water and air/drafts ingress in weather exposed and Coastal areas.  Should you be concerned please do not order the doors in this configuration. 2.11 The primary purpose of ‘’Low Threshold’’  is for Level Access and generally is only suitable for internal applications .  If used externally it should only be used in non-exposed areas and the design and construction of your opening needs to allow for the removal of the rainwater in the frame and in front of the threshold. i.e AcoDrain design etc. 2.12 Generally all the window handles, apparent hinges, cills end caps are to be in RAL Black throughout; The door handle colours may vary in colour and finishes.  We do not accept claims for variation in colour of handles supplied on any order. The company reserves the right to modify or change the design of all handles and hinges handle without notification. 2.13 Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy: [LINK TO REFUND POLICY]   2.14 All the Products shown on our website  are subject to availability. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. 2.15 All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
