• You will receive a return authorisation and instructions on how to return your item.
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items
